Overall, I have about 11 years of experience working directly with children in an education setting. There are few beliefs that I hold true and that have shaped my teaching personality. I believe that every child can read, write, and learn. Literacy is the key to unlocking potential in all contexts. Effort will produce results. Failure is a good thing; it's how we learn. The process of learning will always be more important than the product of learning.
